Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent HIC-registered basement waterproofing contractor handling your dispatch.

New Jersey one-party consent

New Jersey is a one-party consent state for telephone call recording under the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-4. Only one party to the conversation needs to consent for a recording to be lawful. Because the affiliate network is a party to the call, recording for quality assurance is permitted under New Jersey law. The network's IVR or live dispatcher nonetheless provides recording disclosure at call connection as a courtesy and to satisfy stricter rules in any cross-border calls.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
